This is the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") for chalkboardstoday.com ("Website" or "Site") and our IOS App ("App") that applies to your use of the Website and our IOS App and covers how Orinoco Community System Inc. or "Orinoco" and/or its Affiliates ("Orinoco", "we", "us", or "our") treats and uses information that it collects and receives about you via the Website or the Chalkboards IOS app, Android App, including the personal information we collect regarding the various products, features, programs, services, software and blog that Orinoco provides to you.

While using our IOS App, Orinoco requires certain Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") to create an account with us and use our hosting service and software services. Such information (e-mail address, mobile-telephone number, business address, business e-mail, business telephone number) are used to identify you within our system and is used exclusively for billing and service related issues. We will never sell or share your information to a third party or any affiliate. Some parts of our App and the customer App request location information. When requested, such information is used exclusively for either identifying your business for maps or for generating 'near-me' information. This location information is discarded, we do not track or record your location. We may also record your usage of our web services APIs via our App. This is exclusively for assuring quality of service and diagnostics, and will never be shared or sold to anyone.
Orinoco does not require Website users or visitors to provide Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") to view the Content in the Website or to browse the different sections of the Website. PII is information that identifies an individual including full name, postal address, photograph, e-mail address and/or telephone number. Orinoco may collect PII from Website users or visitors who choose to register as publishers within the Orinoco online mobile proprietary platform ("Orinoco Platform") or other programs, features or services offered by Orinoco ("Services").

You also may provide us with additional information (such as company name, title etc.) so we can provide you with a more customized experience on the Website and offer you better support.
